1. Contracting party and acceptance
These Terms are a contract between you and DIXJUIN LTD, company number 16274568, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. By creating an account, selecting “accept”, purchasing or using PlaysAll, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated policies.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account-connected services. A person acting for an organisation confirms authority to bind it.
2. Eligibility and adult account holder
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract to create a PlaysAll account or buy PlaysAll Pro. Children do not create separate accounts. An adult may create and supervise a child profile for household use.
3. What PlaysAll is—and is not
PlaysAll is independent player software for sources selected and entered by the user. We do not provide, curate, resell, endorse or verify IPTV channels, playlists, media subscriptions or audiovisual works, and we are not affiliated with your source provider.
We may provide account, encrypted sync, device pairing, subscription entitlement, metadata display and transient Smart TV gateway functions. These functions do not transfer ownership or permission for third-party content.
4. Your source and legal authority
You may connect only a source and access content when you have all permissions required by copyright, contract, broadcasting, communications and local law. You are responsible for confirming that authority before adding or playing a source.
A subscription sold by a third-party provider does not by itself prove that the provider is authorised to distribute every item. PlaysAll’s technical ability to display or play an item is not a legal determination.
5. Software licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use PlaysAll on supported devices you own or control for private, lawful use. The app is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, distribute, rent, resell, publicly perform, modify, create derivative works, extract source code, bypass technical limits or reverse engineer PlaysAll, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law or an open-source licence expressly permits it.
6. Apple-distributed versions
For a version obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the application licence unless App Store Connect displays a valid custom EULA. These Terms govern the PlaysAll account and services. Apple is not responsible for PlaysAll support, warranties, claims or third-party rights except as Apple’s terms require.
7. Accounts, devices and credentials
Provide accurate information, use a strong unique password, protect the parental PIN and keep device access secure. You are responsible for activity using your account until you notify us of suspected compromise. Do not share source credentials through support.
We may revoke a token, unpair a device, require reauthentication or temporarily restrict activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or investigate abuse.
8. Free, Pro and product changes
Available Free limits and Pro benefits are shown in the current app and purchase screen. A web purchase is assigned to the authenticated PlaysAll account used to begin checkout and may unlock the same Pro entitlement on supported devices. Device, source, profile, playback or feature limits may differ by platform and can change prospectively for legitimate technical, security or commercial reasons. We will not remove a paid, already-delivered entitlement contrary to mandatory law.
9. Purchase channels, external services and trailers
Apple, Google, Amazon, RevenueCat, Stripe, YouTube, your media provider and other external services apply their own terms and privacy notices. Direct web card payments are completed through a RevenueCat-hosted Stripe checkout; Dixjuin does not receive or store your full card number. A trailer button may open YouTube or another external site. We do not control external availability, content, advertising, recommendations or data practices.
10. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorised streaming or retransmission, credential trafficking, access-control circumvention, malicious traffic, exploitation of children and any use that infringes intellectual property or other law.
11. Intellectual property
PlaysAll software, design, brand, documentation and original materials are owned by or licensed to Dixjuin and protected by law. Third-party names, logos, metadata and works remain the property of their owners. No association or endorsement is implied.
12. Updates and availability
We may issue security, compatibility or feature updates and may stop supporting obsolete operating systems or devices. Internet access, provider operation, format support and store availability are outside our complete control. Do not use PlaysAll for emergency, safety-critical or life-dependent purposes.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PlaysAll and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, fraudulent payment, legal requirement or conduct creating harm. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.
Termination ends the service licence but does not erase accrued rights, payment obligations, legal records or provisions intended to survive. Any auto-renewing subscription must be cancelled separately through the store or web purchase channel used.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaysAll is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that a third-party source is lawful, accurate, secure, continuously available or compatible with every format and device, or that content labels and parental filters are complete.
Nothing here limits a warranty, remedy or digital-content conformity right that mandatory consumer law gives you.
15. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or deliberate misconduct. For consumers, mandatory local rights and reasonably foreseeable losses remain protected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dixjuin is not liable for a provider outage, unauthorised source, lost provider subscription, indirect or consequential loss, or loss caused by your credentials, network or device. Our aggregate liability for other claims is limited to the greater of GBP 50 and the amount paid for PlaysAll during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Business use
If you use PlaysAll for a business rather than as a consumer, you will indemnify Dixjuin against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful source, redistribution, public performance or material breach. This clause does not apply to consumer use and is limited to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in courts available under the law of your habitual residence.
Before filing a claim, contact support@dixjuin.com with a concise description and requested resolution. This informal step does not shorten a statutory limitation period or restrict urgent or regulatory remedies.
18. General terms and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as needed and the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign the contract without consent; we may assign it as part of a genuine reorganisation or sale with no reduction of mandatory rights. These Terms and incorporated documents are the entire agreement about the service.
Version 2026-08-24 is effective 24 August 2026. Material changes will be notified as required and may require renewed acceptance.
