Copyright & Content Complaints

How rights holders can report suspected infringement connected with a user-directed source or PlaysAll service.

1. PlaysAll’s role

PlaysAll does not provide or curate channels, playlists or audiovisual works. Users choose third-party sources. Most media is requested directly from the provider; supported Smart TV catalog/playlist responses may be transmitted transiently through the authenticated gateway without being published as a PlaysAll catalog.

2. What we can do

We cannot remove a work from a provider we do not control. We can investigate whether a PlaysAll account or service is being used contrary to our Terms, restrict the relevant service, preserve required records and direct a complainant to the provider or host where identifiable.

3. A complete complaint

  • Your physical or electronic signature and authority to act for the rights holder.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark or other right claimed.
  • The specific item, date/time, PlaysAll feature and enough non-secret location information to investigate.
  • Your name, organisation, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, agent or law.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and, where applicable, made under penalty of perjury.

4. Protect credentials and sensitive material

Do not send a provider password, full credential-bearing URL, payment information, illegal material or unnecessary personal data. A source domain, content title, timestamp and redacted screenshot are normally safer. We may request additional verification through the official channel.

5. Response and counter-information

We acknowledge actionable complaints, assess the identified PlaysAll service and may notify the affected account holder. If access is restricted in error, the account holder may provide identity, contact details, the affected action, a good-faith explanation and consent to any legally required jurisdiction or service process. We may restore access when lawful and appropriate.

6. Repeat and serious infringement

We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly or seriously use PlaysAll services for infringement, taking account of substantiated notices, counter-information, court orders and other reliable evidence. We do not treat an unsupported allegation as a final legal determination.

7. US DMCA status

The contact below is an ordinary copyright complaint channel. It is not represented as a US Copyright Office designated DMCA agent unless this page is later updated with a registered agent and the agent appears in the Copyright Office directory. Rights holders may also contact the relevant provider or host directly.

8. Send a complaint

Use the subject “Copyright complaint” and keep a copy of your notice. Fraudulent notices or material misrepresentations may create liability. This process does not provide legal advice or restrict a court or regulator remedy.
