1. Adult accounts only
A PlaysAll account and purchase are for a person aged 18 or over. PlaysAll is not directed to children under 13. A child does not create a separate account; the adult account holder may create and supervise a household child profile.
2. Data minimisation
A managed profile may include a profile name, PlaysAll avatar and adult/child type. We do not ask for a child’s email, photograph, date of birth, school or precise location. Use a nickname rather than a child’s full legal name.
3. Parental controls
In a child profile, categories and items marked as adult are hidden from relevant catalog, search and playback flows. A parental PIN is required to change family settings or return to an adult profile. Protect both the account password and PIN.
4. Important limits
Filtering depends on titles, categories and labels supplied by the user’s third-party source. A provider can label content incorrectly or incompletely, and no automated filter can guarantee that every unsuitable item is blocked. Parental review of the source and active supervision remain necessary.
5. If we learn a child created an account
We may restrict the account, seek verification from a parent or guardian, or delete personal data when we have actual knowledge that a child created an account contrary to these rules. A parent or guardian can request access or deletion through the privacy channel.
6. Safety reports
Report grooming, exploitation, credible threats or unsafe product behaviour with the minimum information needed. Do not email child sexual abuse material or source credentials. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reports involving apparent illegal child exploitation may be referred as required by law.
7. Family responsibility
The adult account holder chooses the provider, controls profiles and devices, and is responsible for lawful, age-appropriate household use. These controls support—not replace—parental judgement, device-level restrictions and provider-level controls.
