Privacy Choices & Requests

How to access, correct, export or delete personal data, withdraw consent and exercise region-specific rights.

1. Requests available

We offer a common request channel worldwide. Depending on applicable law and the processing, you may ask us to confirm processing; provide access or a portable copy; correct data; delete it; restrict or object; explain recipients and sources; withdraw consent; or review a qualifying automated decision.

2. Fastest self-service controls

  • Edit available profile details and manage connected devices in PlaysAll settings.
  • Remove a source to delete its local credentials and related local catalog state.
  • Clear application data or uninstall to remove remaining local player preferences from that device.
  • Use the in-app Delete Account control to remove the server-side account and associated records.
  • Manage or cancel a paid subscription separately in the store that processed it.

3. Email request

Write from the email address associated with the account when possible. State the right you want to exercise, country/state, account email, relevant platform and enough detail to locate the record. Never include an IPTV password or full credential-bearing URL.

4. Identity and authorised agents

We verify only what is reasonably necessary, such as control of the account email or an authenticated in-app action. An authorised agent must provide proof of authority; we may also verify directly with the user. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through the verified channel.

5. Timing and response

We acknowledge and answer within the period required by the law that applies to your request. Complex or repeated requests may qualify for a lawful extension, and we will explain it. Requests are ordinarily free; a manifestly unfounded or excessive request may be refused or charged only where law permits.

6. Limits and appeals

A right may be limited by another person’s rights, fraud prevention, security, legal privilege, a statutory retention duty or the need to establish or defend a claim. We will explain a refusal where lawful. If your jurisdiction provides an appeal right, reply to the decision with “Privacy appeal”.

7. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Dixjuin does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. Therefore there is no current sale/share opt-out transaction to apply. We will update the site and honour legally recognised opt-out signals before introducing such processing.

8. Marketing consent

Optional marketing consent is separate from accepting the Terms or reading the Privacy Notice and is off by default. You can withdraw it at any time through an available message preference or by emailing privacy@dixjuin.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawful before withdrawal.

9. Regulatory complaints

Please contact us first. You may also complain to the competent privacy regulator: the ICO in the United Kingdom, your EEA supervisory authority, ANPD in Brazil, OPC or a provincial regulator in Canada, OAIC in Australia, KVKK in Türkiye, the California Privacy Protection Agency/Attorney General where applicable, or another authority with jurisdiction.
